What are the payment methods available?
On each of the delivery partners’ platforms you can see which payment methods are accepted.
How and where should I complain if I have a problem with an order?
If there was a problem with your delivery you should report it directly to the partner.
The partner will contact us to resolve any issue where we can help.
I saw that there is a campaign running on one of the platforms, but on the other, there is none. Is this a mistake?
The campaigns may vary between platforms. As these are promotional and one-off campaigns, they may be unique to each of the delivery partners.
In the delivery service are the products and prices the same as in the restaurant?
At duforno® restaurants we strive to standardize the products and prices available at the different partners.
Due to platform constraints and operational issues, there may be some differences in pricing.
How do I know if a delivery is available at my address?
By selecting the nearest restaurant and then the partner, you can check if the selected partner delivers to your address.
On what platforms can I order duforno® home delivery?
Our partners vary depending on the location of the restaurant.
